Much Ado About Everything

Last night, my family went to see a Shakespeare in the park performance of "Much Ado about Nothing." It was a great idea. We were going to picnic on the grounds, enjoy some wine and then watch the show. What a disaster. It was pouring. It's a very long story, but I'll spare you the details. We wound up having a nice time and enjoying the show, despite the MANY bumps in the road to get there! We wound up going OUT to dinner instead of picnicking. I had: a piece of bruschetta, a mixed green salad, pan seared sea scallops over polenta and a mini cannoli. It was delish. Also enjoyed two glasses of pinot grigio. Now, let's go back to yesterday's meals.
Lunch was leftover pizza from the night before:

I removed the cheese from hubbers' leftover slice. His is the smaller one with less veggies. Then had some watermelon.

I also munched on a little Tempting trail mix in the afternoon.

This morning I had a craving for cold and crunchy. I had this deliciousness:

Kashi H2H, some Bear Naked Fit Triple Berry Crunch granola, blueberries, strawberries, and rainier cherries. All went for a swim in almond milk.

Today I did a new workout. A few months ago, I odered the "Bender Ball" from tv. Don't ask me why. I use it from time to time as it's more convenient than my huge stability ball which lives in the basement. I rarely use the video, just do my own thing.

Upon receiving this thing, the company sent me more videoes. I did not want them. I missed the deadline to return them and was forced to keep them and pay. I wasn't happy.

Today I tried the pilates video.

I have to say, it wasn't half bad. I definitely felt it in my abs and legs. It was about 40 mins long, so it was a decent workout for my core.

Post-pilates I had a naner with almond butter.

Yum. Haven't had one of these in a long time! I also had a little grab of tempting trail mix. I am seriously addicted. It is a problem.

I'm considering heading into my classroom today since it is yucky out. It is noon, so I should probably make the decision soon and get on my way!

Enjoy the afternoon!

Let's hear it for the new signature! woot!

Okay so I've seen this bender ball on TV and wondered how it would work. You will have to let me know how you like it after you use it a few times...
